Consider bringing your own coffee supplies. the pantry lacks variety and you may find yourself missing creamer or milk.

missingWrote a review on Dec 02noisy streetsupply shortage
That yellow room overlooking the noisy street is such a disappointment!!! Fresh air is essential, so a fan just doesn't cut it in the heat!!! Also, the lack of additional sanitary supplies in the medical kit isn't ideal!!!

missingWrote a review on Sept 18poor cleanlinesshard mattresses
i almost wanted to be nice but, when i found dead flies behind the bathroom splashback, it was hard. and let’s not forget the hard mattresses—please invest in some comfy toppers! also, is it too much to ask for a welcome gift? a little pampering would have been totally appropriate, you know, given my expectations.

Family with kids recommend it highly
The staff were incredibly lovely, especially a gentleman who let us check in early when we arrived, absolutely saved the day. We stayed in a two-bed, two-bath apartment which was spacious, everything was there for our week's stay, felt like home.
It wasn't exactly pocket change but for what we got, I say it was fair enough.

missingWrote a review on Aug 02spacious roomelegant decorlovely gardenlimited bathroom storage
Loved the spaciousness and elegance of my ground-floor room, which had all the charm you'd expect from a historic place. I enjoyed unwinding in the lovely garden and took some time to kick back in the cozy leisure room. Just a heads-up, the bathroom could use a bit more shelving for toiletries, but overall, my stay was fantastic! 🌿

I had a delightful stay at Charm Palace Porto. The historic architecture and spacious rooms made me feel right at home. The peaceful garden with lush grass and tall Italian cypresses was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy a book.
Limited breakfast options.

The Junior Suite with Garden View was spacious and elegantly decorated, really comfy vibe. The ground-floor location was super convenient. The garden area was lovely for chilling out. Just a minor note – I would have liked a bit more shelf space in the bathroom for my stuff. Still, it was a fantastic place to crash after exploring Porto!

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
The Deluxe Apartment offered a cozy ambiance, though the kitchen cleanliness could be improved. Enjoyed the warm welcome upon arrival, but follow-ups for inquiries felt delayed. Consider packing extra coffee! A charming getaway, but enhancing breakfast variety would greatly elevate the overall experience.
